Technical specifications
The UTS Evo high temperature pump features an innovative heatsink, represented by the heatsink flange highlighted in the image. This flange is installed directly between the pump lantern and the motor, allowing you to manage extreme temperatures above 300°C, as indicated in the chromatic temperature map shown. This design allows CDR Pompe to offer outstanding performance in critical operating conditions.
In addition, the internal magnets, as indicated in the “High Temperature Configuration” section of the image, are made of Samarium Cobalt (SmCo), a material chosen to ensure reliability even in high temperature applications up to 300°C. The bearings, protected by a non-contact labyrinth seal, prevent wear and ensure a long operating life, as shown on the right of the image.
The UTS Evo high-temperature pump is also available in a monobloc version; thanks to the heatsink, it is possible to handle liquids up to 250°C, with all the advantages offered by the monobloc pump, such as ease of installation – there is no need to align pump and motor – and a reduced footprint.
For handling clean liquids, the UTS series steel pumps are an optimal choice for high-temperature pumps, while the XTS series offers effective solutions for the handling of liquids containing solids.
