Plastic lined magnetic drive horizontal centrifugal pumps

Magnetic drive principle – The rotary motion of the motor shaft is transmitted to the impeller via a magnetic coupling

The external magnetic core, which is directly connected to the motor, exerts a powerful magnetic force that drives the internal magnetic core, which is attached to the impeller. This innovative system operates without any direct mechanical contact between the two magnetic cores. Instead, it relies entirely on the attraction and repulsion forces generated by a series of high-strength permanent magnets. This design not only eliminates the need for traditional seals, reducing wear and potential leaks but also ensures a highly efficient transfer of energy.

To further enhance the safety and integrity of the system, a robust containment sleeve is positioned between the external and internal magnetic cores. This sleeve plays a critical role in providing complete isolation from the external environment, effectively preventing any leakage of fluids or gases. It also ensures that the internal components are fully protected from external contaminants, thus maintaining the purity of the process and extending the lifespan of the pump. The combination of these features results in a highly reliable, maintenance-friendly, and environmentally safe pumping solution.

– The plastic magnetic drive pumps are low-duty pumps for the main industrial applications (the galvanic industry, washing circuits and water treatment, occasional transfers of chemicals).

– The spheroidal cast iron pumps lined with anti-acid material are used to cover critical process applications in all areas of the chemical industry.

– Pump with closed, radial or open impeller.
