Lined and plastic sealless horizontal centrifugal pumps
Horizontal centrifugal pumps with mechanical seal – single stage – comply with ISO 2858 and ISO 5199 standards and are ATEX 100 Directive 2014/34/EU certified upon request
The in-depth know-how we have acquired over the years allows us to offer a wide range of pumps, customized to meet the diverse needs of industrial applications. In particular, we are able to supply pumps in various materials, including PP (polypropylene), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), and PFA (perfluoroalkoxy), depending on the specific process requirements and the type of fluid to be handled.

Magnetic coupling principle – The rotary motion of the motor shaft is transmitted to the impeller by means of a magnetic coupling
An external magnetic core (integral to the motor) drives the internal magnetic core (integral to the impeller) without direct contact, but only through a mechanism of permanent magnet attraction/repulsion. A containment casing ensures complete isolation from the external environment.

Custom Pump
Design and manufacture of vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps for the most critical applications
- UTS-B IN LINE Close-up of a single-stage magnetic drive centrifugal pump, close-coupled execution. Stainless steel wetted parts. These pumps can be installed directly on piping. Suction and discharge connections are in-line.
- Aircraft carrier They are vertical axis centrifugal pumps made of thermoplastic material PP or PVDF (parts in contact with the process liquid). They are installed on a metal baseplate, coated on the tank side, and coupled to the motor by means of a flexible coupling.
- TMVN Single-stage magnetically driven centrifugal pumps, vertical execution. Custom-built for the customer, fluid-contacting parts in PVDF. These pumps are suitable for extremely hazardous applications and low NPSH conditions.
