Horizontal centrifugal pumps with mechanical seal – single stage – comply with ISO 2858 and ISO 5199 standards and on request certified ATEX 100 Directive 2014/34/EU
The in-depth know-how we have acquired over the years allows us to offer a wide range of pumps, customized to meet the different needs of industrial applications. In particular, we are able to supply pumps in various materials, including PP (polypropylene), PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) and PFA (perfluoroalkoxy), depending on the specific requirements of the process and the type of fluid to be handled.

Magnetic drag principle – The rotary motion of the motor shaft is transmitted to the impeller by means of a magnetic coupling
An external magnetic core (integral to the motor) drags the internal magnetic core (integral to the impeller) without direct contact but only by means of an attraction/repulsion mechanism of permanent magnets. A containment glass ensures complete isolation from the external environment.

Custom Pumps
Design and manufacturing of vertical and horizontal centrifugal pumps for the most critical applications
- UTS-B IN LINE Single-stage magnetic drive centrifugal pump in close-coupled execution. Wetted parts in stainless steel. These pumps could be installed directly on the pipelines. The suction and discharge connections are in line.
- CVN are vertical axis centrifugal pumps made of PP or PVDF thermoplastic material (parts in contact with the process liquid). They are installed on a metal base plate, coated on the tank side, and coupled to the motor unit by means of an elastic joint.
- TMVN Single-stage magnetic drive centrifugal pumps in vertical execution. Tailor-made for the customer, parts in contact with the fluid in PVDF. These pumps are suitable for extremely hazardous and low NPSH applications.
