Without ever losing sight of our goals, our company consistently prioritises sustainability. Indeed, sustainability was the main theme of the CDR Dynamics event, organised by the management of CDR Pompe, in the presence of the entire Board of Directors.
In recent years, sustainability has emerged as a crucial issue for companies in all sectors, and industry is no exception. We have never seen this as a simple regulatory obligation; we approach it as a strategic opportunity to innovate, reduce costs and improve corporate reputation. Concrete initiatives by CDR Pompe towards sustainability
In 2025 we will continue to focus on greener production, which combines our desire to expand production plants with a lower environmental impact. To this end, our new painting facility will be launched in the near future, which will automate and make our production more effective. This investment will not only improve the strength of our products, but significantly reduce the environmental impact of processing.
But CDR Pompe’s commitment does not end in the production plants. As proof of this, our company promotes sustainability and safety even in its daily actions. It is no coincidence that more than 70% of our daily energy needs are met thanks to the extensive network of solar panels we have installed. In addition to supporting daily production, this choice helps reduce CO2 emissions in the atmosphere, fostering an economy that is as circular and green as possible.
Our philosophy is that even small daily actions can contribute to a better, cleaner world. In addition our ongoing commitment to waste sorting, our choices are focused on using materials that are as eco-friendly and sustainable as possible. For example, all CDR Pompe business cards are made from 100% recycled paper, as are corporate merchandise and brochures.
CDR Pompe certified by ECOVADIS
The green transition being embraced by Europe also has an impact on our customers, who are increasingly interested in companies that prioritise environmental sustainability and the circular economy. Our extremely high standards of quality, precision and innovation have enabled us to obtain certification from the ECOVADIS portal, which has been providing globally recognised corporate sustainability ratings since 2007.
To grant certification, ECOVADIS assesses a wide range of factors. Among the most important are carbon emissions, energy efficiency, waste management and the supply of raw materials. In addition to the environmental aspect itself, the ECOVADIS certification also includes other parameters that the company being assessed must comply with, including:

The main applications for our pumps range from semi-conductors, water treatment and the paper industry, to temperature regulation, batteries and energy storage.
- Pharmaceutical sector: the specific nature of the pharmaceutical production process requires that the pumps used are completely insulating and prevent any external elements from passing through, guaranteeing the highest possible level of purity of the liquid inside. CDR pumps prevent any possibility of leakage or contamination. The main applications for the pharmaceutical industry concern the production of pesticides, active ingredients and agrochemicals.
