With the introduction of our new <b>DTN range<\/b>, <b>CDR Pompe<\/b> is once again preparing to revolutionise the process pump market.<\/p>\n<p>This new product was developed after years of hard work, and involved all the departments of our company, from the Technical Department, to Research and Development and<\/p>\n<p>Quality Control. The result is impressive: a pump tailor-made for the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, in which CDR is already a key player, alongside the industrial sector.<\/p>\n<p>Over the coming years, the new magnetic drive pump in the DTN range will replace what has been our pride, the<a href=\"\/?page_id=2240\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b> UTN pump series<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>The magnetic drive pump in the DTN range<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img class=\"size-large wp-image-5344 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cdrpompe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/DTN-L-min-1024x694.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"694\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cdrpompe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/DTN-L-min-1024x694.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.cdrpompe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/DTN-L-min-300x203.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cdrpompe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/DTN-L-min-768x521.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.cdrpompe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/DTN-L-min-1536x1042.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.cdrpompe.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/DTN-L-min-2048x1389.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our exceptionally high standards have set an important goal for us: to once again improve the process pump sector with a product of the highest quality, long life and excellent performance.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, the DTN range is officially available in the <b>ETFE<\/b> version. But there\u2019s more: the <b>PP<\/b> and <b>PFA<\/b> versions will also be released in 2025. We would also like to highlight that CDR\u2019s DTN range, along with all the other lined pumps, are produced through the Transfer Molding process.<\/p>\n<h2>The new DTN range: a few more details<\/h2>\n<p>With this new series of pumps, we are once again aiming to establish ourselves on the Italian and foreign markets, confirming our position as leaders and pioneers in the field of fluid technology.<\/p>\n<p>The magnetic drive pump of the <b>DTN range<\/b>, in all its versions, guarantees hydraulic efficiency that is unparalleled on the market, with a closed impeller, a fluted shaft to reduce axial thrusts and significantly improved performance in terms of flow rate, <a href=\"\/?p=5311\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">head<\/a> and energy consumption.<\/p>\n<p>A huge advantage of this new line is the new dynamic shaft design. This configuration ensures not only higher pump reliability, but also lower axial thrust along the entire performance curve.<\/p>\n<p>The DTN range consists of <b>two different versions<\/b>, with slightly different specifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <b>DTN ISO<\/b> version is designed and certified to operate within a fluid temperature range of -20\u00b0C to +120\u00b0C, with a maximum head of 115m and a maximum flow rate of 115m\u00b3\/h.<\/li>\n<li>The <b>DTN ASME<\/b> version is designed and certified to operate within a fluid temperature range of -30\u00b0C to +120\u00b0C, with a maximum head of 105m and a maximum flow rate of 108m\u00b3\/h.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These specifications guarantee not only efficient and fast operation, but also resistance and absolute safety for both environments and workers.<\/p>\n<p>The fields of application for these pumps, built specifically for the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors, are many and varied, and include basic and fine chemicals, petrochemical processes, the production of pharmaceutical active ingredients, and <b>air treatment in industrial environments.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>All our products, including the magnetic drive pumps in the DTN range, are<b> <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.certifico.com\/sicurezza-lavoro\/legislazione-sicurezza\/marcatura-ce\/guide-ufficiali-ce\/21846-linee-guida-direttiva-atex-2014-34-ue-aprile-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>ATEX 100<\/b> certified in accordance with Directive<b> 2014\/34\/EU.<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>CDR Pompe and the sustainability of the DTN range<\/h3>\n<p>Our company is taking important steps towards a more sustainable and green industry.
