The UTS Evo high temperature pump<\/strong> features an innovative heatsink<\/strong>, represented by the heatsink flange<\/strong> highlighted in the image. This flange is installed directly between the pump lantern and the motor, allowing you to manage extreme temperatures above 300\u00b0C<\/strong>, as indicated in the chromatic temperature map<\/strong> shown. This design allows CDR Pompe<\/strong> to offer outstanding performance in critical operating conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the internal magnets<\/strong>, as indicated in the “High Temperature Configuration” section of the image, are made of Samarium Cobalt (SmCo)<\/strong>, a material chosen to ensure reliability even in high temperature applications up to 300\u00b0C. The bearings, protected by a non-contact labyrinth seal<\/strong>, prevent wear and ensure a long operating life, as shown on the right of the image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
