La prima area include i prodotti derivati da <strong>materie prime<\/strong> come il metano, utilizzato per la produzione di ammoniaca, urea, acido nitrico e nitrato ammonico, nonch\u00e9 dall&#8217;acido solforico e dalle rocce fosfatiche, eventualmente combinati con sali di potassio. I fertilizzanti ottenuti possono essere sia semplici che composti e derivano da processi di sintesi o miscelazione, a seconda della tecnologia impiegata.<\/p>\n<p>La seconda area riguarda le \u201cspecialties\u201d, una categoria di fertilizzanti caratterizzati da <strong>prestazioni altamente specifiche<\/strong> e differenziate. Questi prodotti richiedono tecnologie avanzate e all\u2019avanguardia, oltre a strutture produttive flessibili in grado di rispondere prontamente alle esigenze del mercato.<\/p>\n<p>Nel settore della produzione di fertilizzanti, le pompe centrifughe CDR pi\u00f9 utilizzate sono i modelli <a href=\"\/?page_id=1232\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UTS<\/a>, <a href=\"\/?page_id=1125\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UTN<\/a>, <a href=\"\/?page_id=1144\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">XTN<\/a>, <a href=\"\/?page_id=1227\">XTS<\/a> e <a href=\"\/?page_id=1049\">UCL<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>pompe UTS<\/strong>, realizzate in acciaio inox AISI 316, sono progettate per operazioni in continuo (H24) e sono in grado di gestire ampi range di temperatura, da -100\u00b0C a +300\u00b0C, grazie a configurazioni specifiche. I piedi di appoggio, realizzati in fusione integrale, garantiscono una resistenza ottimale ai carichi delle connessioni e un allineamento preciso tra pompa e motore.<\/p>\n<p>Le <strong>pompe UTN<\/strong> sono destinate ai servizi di processo continuo e sono particolarmente adatte nella loro versione in PFA, per garantire compatibilit\u00e0 chimica con i fluidi utilizzati nella produzione di fertilizzanti.<\/p>\n<p>Le nuove <strong>pompe centrifughe XTS e XTN<\/strong> sono state sviluppate per il pompaggio di liquidi contenenti solidi in sospensione, una condizione comune nella produzione di fertilizzanti (slurry). Un grande vantaggio di queste pompe, grazie alla tecnologia a trascinamento magnetico, \u00e8 l\u2019assenza di emissioni. La serie X \u00e8 stata progettata con tecnologie innovative per migliorare le prestazioni, la sicurezza e l&#8217;affidabilit\u00e0 nei processi chimici di base.<\/p>\n<p>Infine, la <strong>UCL \u00e8 una pompa centrifuga<\/strong> rivestita con tenuta meccanica, disponibile con rivestimenti in PFA, PVDF o Polipropilene. Le pompe UCL sono ideali per la movimentazione di liquidi corrosivi, pericolosi o sporchi, grazie al rivestimento che protegge tutte le parti a contatto con il fluido di processo. La UCL pu\u00f2 gestire fluidi fino a 140\u00b0C con rivestimento in PFA, fino a 100\u00b0C con PVDF, e fino a 70\u00b0C con Polipropilene. Inoltre, \u00e8 possibile scegliere tra tenute meccaniche singole o doppie, in base alle esigenze specifiche dell\u2019applicazione.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<style>@media screen and
