CDR presents a new series of self-priming pumps

The new STN-SP and ETN-SP pumps, now available in PP and PVC-CAW, incorporate the modular structure of existing STN and ETN series, with a unique priming chamber design, for safe repeated primings and dry run conditions. Furthermore, STN-SP and ETN-SP feature priming capabilities up to - 6 meters in 5-6 minutes and due to the design of the priming chamber, they require to be primed only once. Rail cars or trucks can be safely and easily unloaded from the top, while top entry vessels and sumps can be emptied without risks, thus making it possible for the user to comply with strict environmental regulations with minimum buying costs!

Thanks to the magnetic driven construction STN-SP and ETN-SP grant zero-emission operations without requiring mechanical seals or membrane maintenance, for years of trouble-free and cost-free operations.

STN-SP and ETN-SP are made of pure PP or PVC-CAW with same available bearings as for existing STN and ETN pump series, either carbon or SiC, thus continuing the maximum part interchangeability among the different pump families.

They offer flows up to 20 m3/h and heads up to 30 meters and are suitable for most corrosive self-priming applications. The use of standard IEC motor frames makes their application easy and versatile.
